Warranty
Pain Remedy Plus Wireless TENS/EMS device is warranted for two years from the date of purchase. The
warranty applies to the TENS/EMS stimulator REMOTE and RECEIVER only.
The warranty does not apply to damage resulting from failure to follow the operating instructions, accidents,
abuse, alteration or disassembly by unauthorized personnel.
Proof of purchase will be required at time a warranty claim is made.
