Troubleshooting
Problem
The REMOTE and/or RECEIVER
do(es) not seem to be charging
When pressing MODE (M) or
adjusting intensity, nothing hap-
pens.
The REMOTE can not control the
RECEIVER well.
Cause
Charging cable not plugged in
fully.
The RECEIVER is not turned on.
There is no electrical signal trans-
mission between them.

Solution
Ensure the USB cable is firmly
in the REMOTE/RECEIVER and
other end is in the AC Adapter
or Computer USB Port. Check if
there is a problem with the AC
adapter by plugging the USB
Cable into a computer port.
Make sure both the REMOTE and
RECEIVER(s) are turned on and
that the "c" number matches the
number on the RECEIVER.
Make sure the distance between
the REMOTE and RECEIVER is
less than 10 meters.
