Failure
The unit does not start

19. TROUBLESHOOTING

Cause of the failure
Compressed air supply malfunctioning
Malfunction in the pneumatic System
Pressurised Unit
The product container is empty
The suction Filter is obstructed
The suction Probe is loose, blocked or damaged
The pressure Regulator is set at minimum
The purge Valve is closed
The suction Probe is stuck, dirty or damaged
The Piston Valve is stuck, dirty or damaged
Gaskets in poor condition
The hydraulic mechanism is loose or faulty
The purge valve is open or faulty
The Piston Valve is dirty or damaged (It does
not stop when travelling up nor when travelling
down)
The Filter is dirty or the suction probe is damaged
There are pockets of air in the Piston
The Piston Valve is dirty or faulty
The bottom Gasket of the Piston valve is faulty
The suction Probe and/or the suction Probe are
loose, dirty or damaged
The suction Probe is damaged
The Gun has no Aircap
The anti-pulsation Filter is blocked
The aircap is worn
The product is too thick
The product is too thick
The pump Pressure is low
The product Filter is blocked
The Aircap is damaged
The anti-pulsation Filter is blocked
The suction Probe and/or the suction Probe are
loose, dirty or damaged

Repair
Make sure the supply hose is not
obstructed
Make sure the unit is properly connected
to the mains supply
Make sure the compressed air valve is open
Consult SAT SAGOLA
Depressurise the unit (See Depressurisation
Procedure described in the Manual)

Increase the pressure by adjusting the
