Seam Guide Line
The numbers on the needle plate indicate the distance
between the center needle position and the line r.
The numbers in front are centimeters.
The numbers in back are fractions of an inch.

Turn a Square Corner

Cornering guide
To turn a square corner 5/8" (1.6 cm) from the fabric
edge.
1. Stop stitching and lower the needle by turning
the handwheel counterclockwise.
2. Raise the presser foot and turn the fabric to line
the edge with the 5/8" (1.6 cm) seam guide.
3. Lower the presser foot and begin stitching in the
new direction.
Line up the fabric edge facing you with the
cornering guide shown.

Utilización de las guías de costura de la placa

Las guías de costura de la placa de aguja le ayudan a
medir el ancho de las costuras.

Esquinas en ángulo recto

Para hacer una esquina en ángulo recto a 1,6 cm (5/8˝)
desde el borde de la tela:
1. Cuando el borde de la tela situado frente a usted esté
alineado con la guía de esquinas según se ilustra, deje
de dar puntadas y baje la aguja girando el volante hacia
usted.
2. Levante el pie prensatelas y gire la tela para alinear el
borde con la guía de costura de 1,6 cm (5/8˝).
3. Baje el pie prensatelas y comience a coser en la nueva
dirección.
