ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
• Fork lift truck or hoist with minimum lift
height of 10 ft. and minimum load capacity
of 750 lbs.
• Lift sling or cable with minimum live load
capacity of 750 lbs.
• Level.
• Step ladder with 10 ft. reach.
• Two each 3/8" socket, open or box end
wrenches.
• Two each 5/16" socket, open or box end
wrenches.
• Two each 55 gal open top drums.
• Power cable with load carrying capacity to
match Ampere draw listed under "Specifica-
tions".
• Starting switch with capacity as defined for
power cable.
• Other electrical components as required by
local and national codes.
• Four each floor anchors with minimum
holding capacity of 250 lbs.
WARNING: This unit is very heavy and
should be assembled by at least two people
using a fork lift or hoist. Use care during
Unpacking and Assembly to avoid personal
injury.

SELECT SITE FOR CENTRAL DUST COLLECTOR
1. Site for the Central Dust Collector should
be located as close to the woodworking
machine(s) as possible. Consideration should
be given to:
a. Site of woodworking machines.
b. Ceiling height to accommodate bag hang-
ers (see Dimensions).
c. Keeping duct work from woodworking ma-
chines to dust collector as short and straight
as possible.
d. Noise given out by dust collector.
e. Space available for conveniently emptying
drums holding wood chips and sawdust.
f. Location of adequate electric power supply
NOTE: Due to bulk and weight of the Central
Dust Collector, it should be assembled at the
site selected for its operation.
MOUNT TWO UPPER SUPPORTS (FIG. 2)
1. Set the blower housing assembly on card-
board covered floor. Housing should be on its
side, with the outlet opening up.
2. Raise the blower housing assembly approx-
imately 6" using fork lift and wooden blocks.
3. Align holes in top of upper support with
holes at floor side corner of blower housing
assembly (opposite of outlet opening).
