Note the following to keep your chain sharpener functioning:
 Clean and oil all moving parts regularly (except for the drive system).
 Remove dust and dirt with a cloth or brush.
 Clean the vent slots after each use.
 Clean the machine only dry.
 Do not use solvents for the synthetic parts (petrol, alcohol, etc.) as these can damage the
synthetic parts.
 Never use any grease! Use environmentally-acceptable spray oil.
11.2 Storage
Pull out the main plug.
 Store unused equipment in a dry, locked place out of the reach of children.
 Thoroughly clean the device before extended storage.

 Switch off the device
 Wait for the shutdown of the grinding wheel
 Pull out the main plug
