TROUBLESHOOTING

Before making repairs, please read the following content carefully to fix common problems.
STATUS
Battery has no charge.
Battery not properly assembled.
Not powering on
Device is connected to the charger.
Still in safety lock mode.
Battery power is low.
Low suction
Filter is clogged.
Dust cup is clogged.
Charger is not plugged into the power
outlet.
Charger plug isn't fully plugged into the
charging port.
Won't charge
Battery not assembled correctly.
Battery is dirty.
Stops during operation Charging time varies based on conditions and lengths of use.
Charging may take up to 5 hours
Battery level light is ON while
running
If charged for more than 5 hours and indicator light is still on, please contact

Do not disassemble, repair or modify the product yourself.

Please charge battery.
Please make sure battery clicks into
place.
Please unplug charger.
Please hold menu button for 3 seconds
to unlock.
Please charge battery.
Please clean or replace.
Please remove dust.
Please make sure charger is plugged
in.
Please make sure charger is firmly in
place.
Please make sure battery clicks into
place.
Please remove battery and clean
terminals with a rag.
Please charge in recommended
temperature conditions.
Please replace the battery.
Please clean sensor (P8).
Please clean or replace filter, and
empty contents from the dust cup.
