5.4 Chimneys

Fumes can be wet and reach a high temperature, so do not use pipes to channel the gases, which
materials do not guarantee absolute thermal stability up to 250ºC.
For the treaty of cooking vapours, may adapt a capacitor allow vapours condense and expel to a drain.
The oven is equipped with a connection on the back for this function (see Figure 1).

5.5 Ventilation

The appliance does not necessarily require the use of a fume hood, but if installed, following should be
considered:
- Make sure that the hood complies with current regulations.
- The hood should protrude about 300-500 mm from the front of the appliance.
- Install a grease filter in the protruding area of the hood.
The oven is equipped with a connection for the installation of the fume hood (see Figure 1). This hood
has a separate motor for the extraction of fumes off by the door opening.
