soleplate while impurities and flakes will be flushed out.
4. Release the button as soon as water in the water tank
has been used up.
Auto-decalcification feature
There is a decalcification box inside the appliance, which
can absorb unsolvable calcium ion and send out solvable
natrium ion so that water can be softened, and the
process of calcium depositing would be much slower.
Note: In order to keep soleplate smooth, never let any
metal materials rubs against it!
3 Way Auto-Off function
When the iron is plugged in, the Power Indicator will light
steadily, indicating that there is power to the iron.
IF YOU LEAVE THE IRON
• In a horizontal position without moving it, or accidentally
tip the iron over, it will automatically stop heating after
30 seconds. The indicator light will blink repeatedly to let
you know that the iron has stopped heating.
• In a vertical position (on its heel rest) without moving
it, the iron will automatically turn off after 8 minutes. The
indicator light will blink repeatedly to let you know that
the iron has stopped heating.
TO RESET THE IRON
• Move the iron back and forth. The indicator will stop
blinking and the iron will start heating again.
WARNING: The 3 Way Auto-Off is a safety feature, not a
recommended means for turning your iron off.
IRONING TIPS
-Always check first whether a label with ironing
instructions is attached to the article. Follow these
ironing instructions in any case.
-The iron heats up quicker than cooling it down,
therefore, you should start ironing the articles requiring
the lowest temperature such as those made of synthetic
fibre.
-If the fabric consists of various kinds of fibres, you must
always select the lowest ironing temperature to iron the
composition of those fibres.
-Silk and other fabrics that are likely to become shiny
should be ironed on the inner side. To prevent staining do
not spray water straight on silk or other delicate fabrics.
-Velvet and other textures that rapidly become shiny
should be ironed in one direction with light pressure
applied. Always keep the iron moving at any moment.
-Pure woollen fabrics (100% wool) may be ironed with
the iron set a steam position. Preferably set steam
button to the maximum position and use a dry p cloth
as a mat.
Note: when ironing woolen fabrics, shining of the fabric
may occur. So it is suggested that you should turn the
article inside out and iron the reverse side.
