CHARACTERISTICS
y Our shelving units are made up of :
- 600, 500 and 425 mm deep ladder frames.
:
- modules with
* cross pieces
* 325 mm wide shelves (a)
* 433 mm wide shelves (b)
withstanding a maximum load per linear meter of 100 kg for polypropylene shelves and 150 kg for aluminum shelves.
* angle elements for corner units
y The lowest shelf must be secured at the lowest level, and no goods must hinder floor cleaning underneath.
GENERALITIES
y Any modification releases the manufacturer from all responsibility, and also annuls the right to use the NF Food Hygiene marking.
y The NF Food Hygiene marking certifies compliance with the NF031 referential, available on www.marque-nf.com. Certified characte-
ristic: suitability for cleaning and for its purpose.
Certifying body: AFNOR CERTIFICATION – 11, avenue Francis de Pressensé - 93571 St Denis La Plaine France.
y Maximum load between two ladder frames: 600 kg.
BASIC SHELVING UNIT 1 (Fig.1 page 9 : B1)
y Figure 2 page 9 : (1) Place the first crossbar on the rungs at the top of the ladder frame.
(2) place the second crossbar on the rungs at the bottom of the ladder frame on the opposite side.
Press firmly in the direction of the arrows to eliminate any play between the ends of the crossbars and the rungs.
y Figure 3 page 9 : (3), (4), (5): continue installing the crossbars in the same manner at the desired heights.
(6) Position the shelves, distributing them in accordance with the module drawings (see page 2).
BASIC SHELVING UNIT 2 (Fig.1 page 9 : B2)
y Figure 4 page 10 : To connect the basic shelving unit 1 and the basic shelving unit(s) 2:
(1) Place the first crossbar on the rungs at the top of the ladder frame.
(2) place the second crossbar on the rungs at the bottom of the ladder frame
y Figure 5 page 10 : (3), (4), (5): continue installing the crossbars in the same manner at the desired heights
(6) Position the shelves, distributing them in accordance with the module drawings (see page 2).
y If you are planning to connect other basic units, use the same method.
CORNER EXTENSION 1 (Fig.1 page 9 : R1)
y Figure 6 page 10 : (1) Raise or remove the shelves - (2): Position the angle elements.
y Figure 7 page 10 : (3) Place the first crossbar on the upper angle element and at the top of the corner extension ladder frame.
(4) place the second crossbar on the rungs on the lower angle element and at the bottom of the corner extension ladder frame. Conti-
nue installing the crossbars and shelves as you would with a basic unit.
CORNER EXTENSION 2 - (Fig.1 page 9 : R2)
y Figure 8 page 11: to connect up a corner extension 1 with corner extension (s) 2:
(1) place the first crossbar on the top rungs of the ladder frame
(2) place the second crossbar on the rungs at the bottom of the ladder frame
y Figure 9 page 11 :(3), (4), (5): continue installing the crossbars in the same manner at the desired heights
(6) Position the shelves, distributing them in accordance with the module drawings on page 2.
y If you are planning to connect other extension units, use the same method.
ADjUSTMENTS
y All of the shelving units can be stabilised by adjusting the screw feet at the base of the ladder frames.
y A mobile shelf is made of two ladder frames, four levels and two reinforcements.
y The loads per shelf are those indicated in the «Characteristics» paragraph, while considering the 200 kg maximum load on the
assembled shelving.
ASSEMBLY
y Ladder frames, cross pieces and shelves: figures 1 (B1), 2 and 3 page 9.
y Reinforcements:
- unscrew the existing screws on one side of the ladder frames and reassemble both reinforcements in diagonal: figure 10.
- connect both reinforcements at the centre using the screws and nuts supplied.
CLEANING RECOMMENDATIONS
y Shelves: can be put in the dishwasher, using standard detergents.
y Ladder frames and crossbars: use water and a standard detergent. Do not use chlorine or ammonia based cleaning products (window
cleaner, etc).
