Please check that the pruning shears, cable and battery are clean and dry.
2.
Connect the battery to the shoulder harness by wedging the fastening pins, located on the
back of the battery, in the dedicated slots on the shoulder harness.
3.
Connect the cable to the battery. The cable can be connected to both sides of the battery.
It is up to the operator to decide: left-handed operators shall connect the cable to the left
side of the battery, while right-handed operators shall connect it to the right.
4.
Use the cap to close the free connection on the battery.
5.
According to the hand that the operator uses to hold the shears, pass the cable through the
loops on the left or right side of the shoulder harness.
6.
Connect the cable to the electric shears.
7.
Wear the shoulder harness and sheath and press the power button on the battery. It is now
possible to start working.

Operation modes

Progressive cutting: The blades close progressively according to the movement of the trigger
controlled by the operator, thereby allowing a complete control over the cutting performance. By
releasing the trigger, the blades reopen completely.
Automatic cutting: The blades close completely whenever the trigger is pulled by the operator.
By releasing the trigger, the blades reopen completely.
For both operation modes described above, it is possible to completely customize the blade's
aperture.
Blade's aperture regulation: it is possible to adjust the aperture of the blades completely, by
stopping it at every point, according to the cutting needs of the operator.
Security blade's lock: it allows locking the blades in order to avoid that they open when the
trigger is pulled accidentally.

Operating instructions
Progressive cutting:
1.
Push the ON/OFF switch and wait for the audible tone (1 beep) to release.
2.
Quickly pull the trigger twice, repeatedly, to unlock the blades. The shears emit an audible
tone (1 beep) and the blades open.
3.
The shears now automatically work in progressive cutting mode. It is now possible to start
working.
Switching from progressive/automatic cutting mode:
1.
Keep the trigger pulled until an audible tone is emitted (1 beep) to activate the cutting
mode. With this operation, the blades close and the shears automatically get into security
lock mode.
2.
Quickly pull the trigger twice, repeatedly, to unlock the blades. It is now possible to start
working.
Customizing the aperture of the blades:
1.
Set the shears to progressive cutting mode, following the instructions written above.
2.
Slowly and progressively pull the trigger in order to close the blades down to the preferred
maximum aperture, then keep the wished position for 3 seconds. The shears emit an
audible tone (1 beep) to confirm the setting. The shears automatically get into security lock
mode.
3.
Quickly pull the trigger twice, repeatedly, to unlock the blades. The shears emit an audible
tone (1 beep) and the blades open.
4.
The shears are now in progressive cutting mode with the new customized maximum
aperture. It is now possible to start working.
Attention: to operate the shears in automatic cutting mode with customized blade's aperture,
first set the preferred aperture of the blades and then activate the automatic cutting mode.
