8. MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY
The structure of the devices included in this manual
is covered with a 24-month warranty from the date of
purchase.
During this period, Orthos XXI is responsible for
replacing or repairing, free of charge, parts that have a
manufacturing defect, if one of our specialized technicians
verifies that the damage was not caused by improper use.
The following points are not covered by the warranty:
•
Inappropriate use
•
Modifications without prior authorization
•
Incorrect storage
•
Poor conservation
•
Normal wear and tear
•
Malfunctions due to lack of routine maintenance
The products included in this manual cannot be
modified. Any modification, including the assembly of
unrecognized spare parts or accessories, may cause
insecurity in the product and invalidate any safety and
warranty mark.
Orthos XXI will not accept any liability for
modified products or for any damage or injury arising
from these modifications.
The lack of care with ordinary and extraordinary
maintenance operations releases the manufacturer
from any responsibility.
