PROBLEM
CAUSE
E1
Communication Abnormal:
When the machine is powered
on, the connection between the
lower controller and the console is
abnormal.
E2
No Signal from Motor.
E5
Overcurrent Protection:
During operation, the lower controller
detects a current exceeding 6A for
more than 3 seconds.
E6
Explosion-proof Impact Protection:
Description: Abnormal voltage or
motor issues cause a fault in the
circuit driving the motor.
E7
No Safety Key
SOLUTION
The communication between the lower controller and the console
is blocked. Check each connection between the controller and the
console to ensure all cables are fully plugged in.
Inspect the connection cable. If it is damaged, replace it.
Check the motor cable to ensure it is properly connected. If not,
reconnect the motor cable.
Inspect the motor cable for damage or a burnt smell. If either is
present, replace the motor.
Verify that the speed sensor is correctly installed and not
damaged.
Overloading causes excessive current, triggering the system's
self-protection to stop the machine. Alternatively, some part may
be jammed, causing the motor to stop.
Adjust the treadmill and restart it.
Check for any liquid or burnt smell while the motor is running. If
detected, replace the motor.
Check if the controller has a burnt smell. If so, replace the controller.
Verify the power supply voltage. If it does not match the
specifications, adjust to the correct voltage and test the machine
again.
Check if the power supply voltage is 50% lower than the normal
voltage. Use the correct voltage and test the machine again.
Check if the controller has a burnt smell and replace it if necessary.
Verify if the motor cable is connected properly. If not, reconnect
the motor cable.
Place the safety key in the correct location.
