Make sure scooter be off, hold the front pole, loosen a lock lever and lower a steering rack. Adding a steering rack in a horizontal
position and secure it by inserting a hook through a special ring, which is located on the rear wheel mudguard. To assemble the
scooter, disconnect a steering rack lock from a hook of a mudguard, and then lift it into a vertical position and lock a lever.
