8. Disposal
Packaging materials are raw materials and can be reused. Separate the packaging properly before disposal. You can also obtain
more detailed information on this from your responsible administration.
Old devices do not belong in the household waste! Dispose of them properly! For information on collection points and opening
hours, please contact your local authorities or consult the Internet.

Please have the following information ready when contacting customer service:
- Instruction manual
- Model
- Description of accessories
- Purchase receipt and date
IMPORTANT NOTE
Do not send the item unsolicited to our address. In this case, the costs and the risk of loss will be borne by the sender. We re-
serve the right to refuse acceptance of unsolicited shipments or to return corresponding goods freight collect or at the sender's
expense.
10. Warranty
Apollo assures that the children's scooter is made of high quality materials and has been checked with the utmost care.
However, if defects should occur during proper use, assembly, maintenance, transport and storage, within the warranty period,
please contact our service team.
Defects and damage caused by improper use, assembly, maintenance, transport or storage are excluded from the warranty.
The warranty period, starting from the date of purchase, is two years. If the product you purchased is not free of defects, please
contact our customer service within this period.
Excluded from the warranty are:
- Damage due to external force.
- Damage due to technical modifications to the product and due to improper repairs.
- Damage due to non-observance of these operating instructions.
- Defects caused by improper use, incorrect handling/maintenance or accidents.
- Wear and tear and consumables are also excluded from the warranty.
