1. Warranty information
The manufacturer grants a warranty in accordance with the legislation of the customer's
country of residence, with a minimum of 1 year (Germany: 2 years), from the date of sale
of the device to the end user.
Warranty repairs can only be carried out by an authorised service centre. In the event of a
warranty claim, the original purchase invoice (with the date of purchase) must be presented.
The guarantee will not apply in cases of:
Normal wear and tear of the product

Incorrect use, e.g. overloading the device, use of unapproved accessories

Use of force, damage caused by external influences

Damage caused by failure to follow the user manual, for example connection to an

unsuitable electrical network or failure to follow installation instructions
Partially or fully disassembled devices

2. Warnings
•
Keep the device at least 1 metre away from a TV or radio to avoid electromagnetic
interference.
•
Do not expose the appliance to direct sunlight in order to avoid surface
discolouration.
•
Do not tilt the appliance more than 35° or upside down during transport.
•
Place the appliance on a flat surface with an inclination of less than 5°.
•
The device works more effectively in some rooms (see technical specifications).
•
Empty the condensate collection tank before storing the device in order to extend
its life at the end of the season.
•
Do not use chemical solvents (e.g. benzene, burning alcohol) to clean the surface
of the appliance in order to avoid scratching or damaging it.
•
Be sure to turn off the power supply before disassembling or installing the air inlet
grid.
•
Please empty the water from the water tank if you want to move the machine.
•
The battery must be removed from the device before disposal.
•
The battery must be disposed of safely
•
The plug must be removed before cleaning, maintaining or filling the appliance.
