Provide each unit with a single-phase power supply from a 120 V through 347 V circuit used for normal lighting. The PEL option
provides an additional switched input connection. If Switched Hot input is connected to a live wire, the lamps will always be
illuminated, otherwise the Lamps will illuminate as a function of the photosensor.
PRODUCT DAMAGE WILL OCCUR IF THE RATED INPUT VOLTAGE IS EXCEEDED.
NOTE: The battery must be connected to the charger board prior to applying AC power to the unit. Battery damage may occur if the
battery is connected longer than 24 hours without continuous AC power provided. See also "Important Battery Information", page 4.
NOTE To meet the minimum illumination requirements of NFPA 101 (current Life Safety Code), the maximum mounting height from
ground is 11.3 feet
NOTE:
This unit should be mounted ONLY through a pair of the preformed keyholes onto a 4" "OCTAGON" junction box, or
through a pair of the keyhole knockouts onto a 4" "SQUARE" junction box or using conduit entry.
