Knowing the appliance
Installation
Remove the appliance from the packaging.
Make sure that all protective plastic film and
plastic coatings are thoroughly removed from
all surfaces.
Place the motor base on a flat surface,
ensuring the suction feet on the bottom get a
firm grip.

Motor base
Before first time use
Switch off and disconnect the appliance from
the power supply.
Clean all parts that come into contact with food
with warm soapy water. For details, refer to
section "Cleaning, care & maintenance".
Caution: Never immerse the motor base in
water, nor rinse it under running water.
Operation
1. Place the grinding bowl into the motor base
and turn counter-clockwise until clicked into
place.
2. Pour dry spices or coffee beans into the
grinding bowl.
3. Mount the transparent cover and turn counter-
clockwise until clicked into place.
Caution: With the safety microswitch,
the appliance will not start before the
transparent cover is securely mounted.
4. Connect the appliance to the mains power
supply.
5. Press the Start/Stop button to turn on.
6. Pulse function: Press down and hold the
pulse button to start. Release to stop.
Recommended working mode: running for
1 minute then cooling down for 3 minutes.
If running continuously for 2.5 minutes,
the motor will stop automatically to avoid
overheating.
7. View the consistency of ground product
through the transparent cover.
Caution: If necessary to remove the cover
to check the grounds consistency, take
caution NEVER to remove the cover until
blades have come to a complete stop.
8. Once the desired consistency is obtained, press
the Start/Stop button to turn off. Disconnect
from power supply and let the motor cool
down.
