5.3 CLEANING THE MINI BIN AND ITS FILTER
1. Empty the dust bin over a trash bin pressing the mini bin flap release button.
2. Press the mini bin release button and remove the handheld unit from the mini bin.
3. Pull out the filter assembly from the mini bin.
4. Wash the filter in lukewarm water and leave to dry for 24 hours.
5. Reassemble once completely dry and refit to the product.
NOTE: Do not use hot water or detergents when cleaning the filter. In the unlikely event of the filter
becoming damaged, fit a genuine Hoover replacement.
IMPORTANT: For optimum performance, always keep your filters clean. We recommend that the filters
should be washed at least once a month.

5.4 MINI POWER NOZZLE*
1. Switch off your product.
2. Remove the mini power nozzle from your product and turn over.
3. Using a coin, open the brushbar release lock and remove the brush bar.
4. Using scissors, remove any tangled fibres or debris from the brushbar.
5. Look inside the nozzle and remove any debris.
6. Refit the brushbar into the nozzle and using a coin, lock into position.
