9. IMPLEMENTATION
•
Proceed to priming of the pumps.
•
Connect the device to the mains using the mains power switch, all the indicator
lights will light up instantly and go out immediately. The device then performs a SELF-
TEST for about 10 seconds, after which the "LINE" indicator lights up.

The device is now ready for configuration.
10. COUNTERS, ALARMS AND FUNCTIONS
To display the possible alarms accumulated in the system, press and hold MENU+
3 seconds. Press ENTER to display the different alarms and counters. Once they have been
displayed, press ENTER to exit the alarm manager and return to the initial screen.
A1 LACK OF WATER (
DESCRIPTION: when the system detects a lack of water in the suction for more than
10 seconds, it will stop the pump and the ART (Automatic Reset Test) system will be
activated.
SYSTEM RESPONSE: after 5 minutes the ART system will restart the pump for 30 seconds,
trying to restart the system. If the lack of water persists, it will try again every 30 minutes
for 24 hours. If after this period, the system still detects a lack of water, the pump will be
permanently out of service until the problem is rectified.
SOLUTION: Lack of water supply, the safety system has tripped: check the hydraulic circuit
supply. If you need to prime the pump, use the manual START/STOP button (check that the
AUTOMATIC LED is off, otherwise press to deactivate it).
Special case: if we have programmed a higher setpoint pressure than the pump can deliver,
the device also interprets this as a failure due to lack of water.

Special case 2: this device detects the lack of water by measuring the current
consumption. It must be verified that the nominal current of the pump entered in the
configuration menu is the one indicated on the nameplate.
A2 OVER CURRENT P1 - A3 OVER CURRENT P2 (
DESCRIPTION: depending on the current entered in the installation menu, the system
protects the pump from possible current overloads, generally caused by malfunctions in
the pumps or in the power supply.
SYSTEM RESPONSE: after detecting the overcurrent fault, the pump will be stopped
automatically. The system will retry to start the pump when the consumption demand
requires it. Up to 4 attempts will be made, at the end of which, if the system continues to
detect the fault, the pump will be definitively out of service.
