CAUSE
Your computer's
BT Drivers are not
updated.
Playback device
error
SOLUTION
The speaker needs to
be supported by your
computer's BT adapter.
To ensure the BT adapter
for your computer is
functioning correctly,
please update the drivers
to their latest version. In
addition, you may need to
verify that your computer's
BT adapter supports
A2DP (Advanced Audio
Distribution Profile), HSP
(Headset Profile), HFP
(Hands-free Profile), and/
or AVRCP (Audio/Video
Remote Control Profile).
Check if the BT speaker
was detected by the
playback device
Check if the playback
device detects other BT
devices
