COMMISSIONING

The electrical cable must be protected to at least 16 Amps. The device must be plugged directly into a wall
outlet. Using a power strip will trip the device.
Assemble the axis and the cheese holder.
Fix the axis of the cheese holder on the base and then place the support on the axis.
In order to correctly install the heater block with resistor: make sure that the rotation screw has been
removed from the aluminum block on the base. Place the resistor on the aluminum block of the base and
attach the rotation screw. Check that the power supply voltage corresponds to that indicated on the device.
Before plugging in the device, make sure that the ON/OFF button is in the "0" position.
Your raclette grill is ready for use.
USE
Before first use, clean the support (see the "Cleaning" section)
Set the ON/OFF button to the "I" position.
Do not leave the support without cheese when the appliance is in operation. Preheating is
about 5 minutes.
On first use, a slight release of smoke may occur for the first few minutes.
Place the cheese on the cheese rack.
The cheese with the skin is held directly on the support and the handles make it possible to swivel the
support.
