Installation
Ensure the location of the Spiral Mixer is capable of supporting its weight.
After inserting the plug the machine is ready for use.
Layout of Controls
Operation
Open the Safety Guard
Fill the Bowl
Close the Safety Guard
Rotate the Main Switch A to position 1
Turn the Timer D to desired position. The Timer can be set from 1 to 30 minutes
Push the Green Button B to start the Bowl and hook
Once the set time is over, the timer stops the machine.
Important - Before taking out the dough, make sure the Timer is in position "0".
Push the Red Button C at any time to stop the Bowl and Hook
In order to operate the machine again after stopping due to the raising of the Safety Guard or the
activating of the emergency button C it is necessary to release the emergency button C by rotating it
clockwise, as shown by the arrow, and push the operation button B.
Ensure that the Safety Guard is fully closed or the Mixer will not work.
If the appliance is straining to mix then turn the appliance OFF and remove some of the
contents of the Bowl before restarting
