OPERATION
when low pressure spray is
when high pressure is
required
required
Pressure adjustment wheel (brass pump)
1. Turn the pressure adjustment wheel to match the Pressure to the operating conditions.
2. Check the spraying conditions and condition of the equipment, then shoulder the
equipment and set the throttle lever to the high speed position.
3. When the nozzle tap is opened, chemicals will spray as they come out of the nozzle.
PUMP LUBRICATION
a) If the sprayer is equipped with a nylon pump, the pump does not require lubrication.
b) If the sprayer is equipped with a brass pump, every 100 working hours, check the oil level in the pump (you
can see it from the gearbox oil window). In case the oil level is below the 1/3 position, remove the oil inlet bolt and
add engine oil (SAE30) up to the 2/3 position.
c) If the sprayer is equipped with a brass pump with grease cups, always keep the grease cups filled with grease.
After every 4 hours of continuous work, lower the lid of the grease cup for 1 or 2 rounds. This will lubricate the
piston and prolong its life.
ARREST
Temporary stop during operation.
a) Close the nozzle and return the throttle lever to low speed.
b) Press the engine stop button.
c) After the motor stops, lower the sprayer safely.
Stop the sprayer after completing the spray.
a) Remove the drain cap from the chemical tank and drain all the chemical.
B) Fill the chemical tank with clean water, run the motor and clean the pump and the inside of the hose by
spraying clean water. Drain the remaining water through the drain.
