Confirm that you have followed the set-up
is not charging
instructions and that the Powermat Mat is
properly plugged into an electrical outlet
and the DC plug is inserted into the mat.
Make sure that you have properly
inserted your device into the appropriate
model-specific Powermat Receiver.
Verify that your handheld device is
properly positioned on the Powermat
Mat and that the indicator light is lit,
indicating that a connection has been
made between the mat and your
enabled device (make sure that the light
is not turned off via the light button on
the rear of the mat).
Please note that this may also indicate
that the device has been fully charged
and no further charging is needed.
NOTE: Devices that have not been
enabled with a Powermat Receiver will
not activate.

Solution
The indication light
If the indication light on the front of
is not lit
the mat fails to glow at all, a proper
connection between the Powermat Mat
and your device has not been made.
Re-align the center of the Powermat
Receiver with the Power Access Point on
your Powermat Mat until the light glows.
The indication light
If the light flashes on and off instead of
is flashing
emitting a steady glow, the connection is
incomplete. Keep adjusting the position
of your Powermat Receiver until you
see a steady light. When the light emits
a steady glow, proper positioning has
been achieved and charging will begin.
No magnetic lock
Magnetic lock is achieved when the
device and Power Access Point are
properly aligned. Re-align the Powermat
Receiver with the Power Access Point
on your Powermat Mat until a physical
lock is achieved.
