Solar Lamp
Translation of the original instructions.
Intended use:
The GARDENA Solar lamp is suitable as lighting in the
balcony and garden. At twilight and at night.
INITIAL OPERATION
Put the solar lamp into operation according to Figure 1
and 2.
The Solar Lamp must be placed in a sunny spot.
If the lamp doesn't light up anymore, check the position
where it is installed and the battery.
SAFETY
Only use rechargeable NiMH batteries.
The battery will only charge if turned on during the
day (to check if the lamp is turned on, cover the solar-
panels).
When the On / Off Sensor
lamp will turn on automatically when it is dark.
Store the lamp switched off in a dry place
protected from frost.
Remove the battery beforehand.
TO REPLACE THE BATTERY

NiMH rechargeable cells (size AA).

that should not be disposed of with normal
household waste at the end of its life.

1. Discharge the NiMH cells completely
(contact the GARDENA Service).
2. Protect the contacts on the NiMH cells
against short circuits.
3. Dispose of the NiMH cells properly.
NOTE: For any other malfunctions please contact
the GARDENA service department. Repairs must
only be done by GARDENA service departments or
specialist dealers approved by GARDENA.
