5. Open the buttons on both sides of the base cover. Pull out the harness
shoulder straps and buckle fasteners through the slots in the base cover.
Slightly fold the foam over on both sides and tuck the buckle fasteners into
the slots on the bottom of the shoulder straps.
Note: Do not remove the foam from the seat.
6. Pass the buckle through the hole in the cover, turn over the bottom cover
and the white cushion. Stow the buckle in the square slot at the bottom of
the seat and reattach the white cushion and bottom cover properly.
