TARE FUNCTION
1) Use the strap (3) to attach the scale to your luggage. Be sure that buckles (3) are properly closed.
2) Press On/off (1) button once to turn on the scale. Wait until LCD display (2) shows the 0.0 value.
3) Gently lift the luggage, holding the scale by the handle (4).
4) Wait until result stabilizes and "Hold" message appears on the LCD display (2). Press On/off (1) button once so the 0.0 result and
TARE message appears on the LCD display (2).
5) Add load to get the new result.
SETTING THE TARGET WEIGHT
1) Press On/off (1) button once to turn on the scale. Wait until LCD display (2) shows the 0.0 value.
NOTE: You can set the target weight in units: g, lb, oz, kg.
2) Press the On/off (1) button and UNIT (6) button at the same time for around 4 seconds.
4) LCD display will show last set target weight. And start flashing.
5) Use On/off / UP (1) button to add and UNIT/DOWN (6) button to reduce the target weight.
6) After 6 seconds without any activity display will stop flashing and new target weight is locked. Scale will restart.
From now on, when reaching the target weight, the backlight will turn red when the set value is exceeded. Below the set value
backlight will not change the color.
REPLACING THE BATTERY
Remove the lid of the battery compartment (5) at the bottom of the scale. Remove the old battery. Insert the new battery of the right
type. Pay attention to the polarization +/- on the batteries. Close the lid of the battery compartment (5).
