TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM
The motor does not start.
The product does not reach high
pressure.
The output pressure varies( high
and low)
The motor buzzes, but the product
does not start.

POSSIBLE CAUSE
The power switch is off.
The power cord is not plugged in.
Electrical outlet does not supply suf-
ficient power.
The circuit breaker is tripped.
The power switch is on, but you did
not squeeze the spray gun trigger.
The diameter of garden hose is too
small.
Water supply is restricted.
Water supply is not sufficient.
Spray tip is not properly installed on-
to the spray wand.
The water intake filter is clogged.
The water supply is not sufficient.
The pump is drawing in air.
The water intake filter is clogged.
The supply voltage is low.
The gun, hose, or nozzle are calci-
fied.
The supply voltage is low.
The pump system has residual pres-
sure.

POSSIBLE SOLUTION
Press the power switch to turn on
the product.
Connect the power cord to the pow-
er supply.
Try another electrical outlet.
Let it cool, and start the product
again.
Squeeze the spray gun trigger.
Replace with a 1" (25 mm) or 5/8"
(16 mm) garden hose.
Check garden hose for kinks, leaks,
and blockages.
Increase the water supply.
Install desired spray tip to end of
wand.
Remove filter and rinse in warm wa-
ter.
Increase water supply. Check gar-
den hose for kinks, leaks, or block-
ages.

Make sure that the hoses and
fittings are airtight.

Turn off the product.

Purge pump by squeezing
spray gun trigger until a steady
flow of water comes out from
the spray tip.
Remove the filter and rinse in warm
water.

Run distilled vinegar through deter-
gent tank.
