Special considerations
1. The maintenance or visits o ered by Accessmatic in facilities do not include the travel expenses required to reach the site where the
equipment is operating. These travel expenses must be assumed by the end user.
2. Any maintenance must be carried out by authorized personnel (CSS) / (CSA) for which it is necessary for the end user to install the
product with authorized installers or distributors, otherwise it will not be supplied.
3. Authorized Accessmatic dealers are authorized to provide maintenance services. To maintain the warranty, they must register the
visits on the platform found at www. xer.com.co.
4. The end user or distributor must register their product through our page xer.com.co to access the bene ts of the warranty at the
moment of installing the product.
Warranty denial reasons:
1. When there is evidence of damage due to electrical discharges or short-circuit traces due to voltage variations on site, which a ect
directly its control board or electrical components.
2. The equipment su ers damage due to poor installation, or not installed in accordance with the instructions supplied by Accessmatic.
3. It is evident that the product was used for a purpose for which it was not designed, resulting in a partial failure of the equipment.
4. Damage caused by accidents or external factors that a ect the normal operation of the equipment.
5. The equipment presents reception problems due to interference caused by antennas or objects that isolate the reception of the
equipment.
6. Evidence of failure due to lack of preventive maintenance since the customer must comply with the maintenance recommendations
provided by the authorized installer.
