Mounting the stand tube
(see figure E)
You will need:
– the enclosed socket wrench
– the help of another person
1. Lift the trolley base and place it up-
right on a lateral surface.
Have a second person hold the
trolley base!
2. Put the snap ring 5 and the shim 6
over the screw 7.
3. Run the screw 7 from the bottom
through the hole 8 in the top of the
storage compartment 4.
4. Push the rubber disc 9 on the top of
the trolley base over the thread of the
screw 7.
5. Place the stand tube 13 on the rubber
disc 9 so that the pin 10 on the bottom
of the stand tube 13 runs through the
hole 11 in the rubber disc 9 and en-
gages the hole 12 in the trolley base.
6. Tighten the screw 7 from the other
side.
7. Push the lid 3 back onto the storage
compartment 4 (see figure F).
8. Insert the lid closure 2 and fix it in
place by turning it clockwise one quar-
ter revolution. Thus, the lid is firmly
closed again (see figure G).
Carefully tilt the trolley base back
down to the ground.
9. Turn the T-screws 14 loosely into the
holes 15 in the stand tube 13 (see fig-
ure H).
Using the inserts
Use the inserts that correspond to the
size of your shade pole.
1. Insert the required inserts in the stand
tube (see figure H).
2. The clamping plate located inside the
tube behind the T-screw 14 must be
pushed into the recess 16 of the plas-
tic inserts 17.

3. Insert the shade pole and tighten the
T-screws 14.
Please note!
– First tighten the top (1) and then the
bottom (2) T-screw 14.
Changing the location
Please note!
– If you would like to bring the trolley
base to another location, a sun shade
must not be mounted on it.
1. Pull the telescopic handle 18 out (see
figure I).
2. Lift the trolley base (approx 45°) and
pull it on the wheels to the desired lo-
cation.
3. Set the trolley base down and push
the telescopic handle 18 into the base.
Care + storage
The trolley base requires no mainte-
nance. You can remove any dirt depos-
its with a small amount of soapy solution.
Regularly check to make sure all screwed
connections (wheels, handle) are secure
and tighten them if needed.
Store the trolley base in a dry area when
you are not using it, e.g. over winter.
Oil all moving parts regularly.

36 months.
