INSTRUCTIONS
How to use: see page 2, figure B
1.Dock the groomer into the stand. 2.Connect the cable from the charger to the charging
socket on the back of the charging stand. The socket is polarized so the cable must be cor-
rectly aligned. 3. Plug the charger into the mains. The charging indicator on the groomer will
light up while charging. 4. Leave the groomer on the stand until fully charged (approximately
8 hours if the batteries were fully discharged). 5. After charging, disconnect the charger from
the mains to conserve power and store it in a safe place. 6. The groomer is now ready to use.
NOTE: Your groomer contains rechargeable batteries and may be used cordless for
approximately 45 minutes when the batteries are fully charged. The batteries must be charged
for a minimum of 12 hours for the first charging cycle. This will ensure maximum battery life.
Battery Care - To ensure maximum battery life for your rechargeable groomer, follow these guidelines:
Do not recharge the groomer between sessions. Wait until the batteries are depleted before recharging.
Discharge the batteries completely twice a year (switch the groomer on and keep it running until it stops). If
the groomer hasn ́ t been used for a long period of time, discharge the batteries completely, then fully charge
them for 12 hours before use. Never charge the groomer for more than 24 hours. Never recharge the battery
in temperatures below 10 °C. Avoid recharging the battery under direct sunlight or near a radiating heat
source.
