9. TROUBLESHOOTING
Depending on the symptoms detected you can probably find the cause of the problem and find a solution.
PROBLEM
Engine does not work
Abnormal noises
Abnormal vibrations
In any other case, take the machine to your nearest after sales service.
CAUSE
The machine is not connected to the
battery
Damaged battery
Damaged switch
Worn out brushes
Overload protection activated
Blocked blades
Transmission with little grease
Screws and nuts of blades loose
Blades worn out or damaged
Internal engine or transmission problem

ACTION
Plug in battery
Replace the battery
Take to service agent
Take to service agent
Allow the machine to cool 15 minutes
Stop the machine, disconnect it from the
battery and wait for the cutters to stop.
Remove the objects that block the rotation
of the cutters
Fill up with grease as per manual or
take to service agent
Check and tighten
Substitute the blades
