6.Operation
6-1.Line Current Measurement
1.Connect Line Splitter to 230V AC main socket through plug.
2.Connect the main cable of the load to the instrument's plug.
3.Put the clamp around the AX1 or AX10 rings and switch on the load.
4.Read the value of line current in the Ax1 ring or divide by 10 the value of current read in the Ax10 ring.

6-2.Voltage and Power Measurement
1.Connect Line Splitter to 230V AC main socket through plug.
2.Connect the main cable of the load to the instrument' s plug.
3.Put a power clamp around the AX1 ring and the clamp's test leads in the V inputs of the instrument and switch on
the load.
4.Read the correspondent values of current, voltage and absorbed power of the load.
7.Maintenance
The AC Line Splitter is designed to provide years of dependable service, if the folloeing care instructions are
performed:
1.Keep the AC Line Splitter dry , if it g ets, wipe it off, do not use the AC Line Splitter if it is wet.
2.Use and store the AC Line Splitter in normal temperature, temperature extremes can shorten the life of the
electrical parts and distort or melt plastic parts.
3.Handle the AC Line Splitter gently and carefully, dropping it can damage the electrical parts or the case.
4.Keep the AC Line Splitter clean, wipe the case occasionally with a damp cloth.
5.Do not use chemicals, cleaning solvents or detergents.
