No System Display
• After 30 seconds without water flow, system display screen and indicators
will go into "Sleep Mode." This is normal and designed to save power.
• No power, or "Power Adapter" is broken. Make sure "Power Adapter" is
plugged. Replace "Power Adapter" if broken.
High TDS Reading in Filtered Water
• When working properly, Royal Prestige
rejection rate (Assessed under standard laboratory conditions).
Possible Causes for High TDS Reading
• System has not been used for an extended period. Open Royal Prestige
FrescaFlow Faucet, allow to run for 15 minutes. TDS reading will return to
normal.
• "Reverse Osmosis Filter" has expired. Replace "Reverse Osmosis Filter"
immediately.
• "Red PE Tubing" may be crimped or clogged. Remove crimps. Realign
"Drain Bracket" and "Drainpipe."
• Source water may have a high TDS level. Assess water source & filtered water.
• Normal range for TDS in filtered water should be around 5%-10% above
source water TDS level. A high TDS level in source water can reduce system
longevity.
• Replace filters regularly if filtered water TDS level reads 15%-20% above
source water TDS level.
Water Leaks
• Locate leak by checking all joints, fittings, and tubing connections. Make
sure filters and connection points are all well installed.
• If E02 is displayed, there is a water leak inside the system. Pull out your
Royal Prestige
FrescaFlow and check for leakage point. If none is found,
®
tilt the machine backwards and pour out water. Once fault is resolved, unit
should automatically fix itself. If E02 displays again, contact Service Center.
TDS Reading Fluctuates When Dispensing Water
• TDS reading shows flowing filtered water TDS. When filtered water flows
through system, the concentration of dissolved solids may vary slightly,
creating fluctuations in the reading.
• The TDS sensor has a deviation, creating fluctuations in the reading.
Difference Between TDS Reading Tested by TDS Meter
& TDS Displayed Reading
• The TDS meter shows TDS level in static water in container. The TDS reading
shows TDS level in flowing water. As a result, TDS readings are different.
• There are errors in TDS meter tests.

Prestige
FrescaFlow Faucet on or off completely. Remove all tubing crimps.

Make sure faucet is not blocked.
• Restart system.
Loud Royal Prestige
FrescaFlow Sound
®
• Sound will not exceed 65 DB. The 65 DB level was assessed under standard
laboratory conditions with feed water pressure between 14.5 PSI and 87 PSI.
Possible Causes for Loud Sound
• Royal Prestige
FrescaFlow is not placed on a flat surface. Make sure
®
system is not propped up or tilted.
• Royal Prestige
FrescaFlow is placed against a cabinet. Do not place
®
system against a cabinet because it may cause it to vibrate when
operating.
• Water pressure is unstable. Confirm water pressure is between 14.5 PSI and
87 PSI.
• When water pressure becomes more stable, noise will decrease.
System Cannot Be Powered on After Connecting & Plugging in
Power Adapter
• Make sure power under your sink is on. This often happens when there is
no power coming through the outlet. Also, make sure power cord has been
properly plugged into "Power Outlet" and "System Power Port."
