that all servicing and maintenance work must be carried out by qualified personnel.
To maintain the warranty, the magnesium anode must be replaced annually.
Cleaning:
If your electric water heater operates in an environment where the water is hard, it is possible that
limescale residues will build up inside the heater over �me.
Over �me, this residue can build up and cause problems such as poorly heated water or even total
failure of the appliance. Fortunately, there is a way to remove limescale from water heaters and get
rid of any remaining deposits. It is advisable to empty and open the water heater once a year if the
water is par�cularly hard, or a�er a few years as a preven�ve measure if the water poses no
par�cular problem.
