4. IMAGE VIEWER
Allows you to view all saved photos.
Pressing Option on an image allows you to View the image, to access
Information on it, to change the gallery Display style (list/grid), to Send it (via
SMS or Bluetooth) or to use it as Wallpaper or as call image, Rename, Delete,
choose how to Organise the gallery (by name, type, time or size), choose
Storage location (telephone or SIM card).
5.FILE MANAGER
Allows you to manage, rename, copy, delete and move files.
1. Select handset or SIM (card).
2. Press Option to open. Allows you to check all saved documents, such as
Audio files, My Music, Photos and Videos, etc.
6. MAGNIFYING GLASS
To activate, select the Magnifying Glass option from the Menu. This will allow
you to use the camera on the handset to magnify what is is focusing on (a
medical leaflet, very small text etc.)
ORGANISER
Press Menu and scroll to ORGANISER.
1.ALARM
1. To change an alarm press Edit and then press Accept once you've finished.
2. Use the */# keys to select on or off.
3. Use the keypad to input the time.
4. Scroll and select Snooze, use the */ # keys to choose to Switch off the alarm
for, 1, 3 or 10 minutes.
5. Scroll and select Repeat, use the */ # keys to choose Once, Daily or
Personalise.
6. To stop the alarm press Off and then press Done.
Warning: The alarm works even when the handset is switched off.
2.CALENDAR
The calendar allows you to view the date and the day of the week (View, View
all), Add events, Delete events, go to specific dates (Go to date), see if there
are any events today (Today) or view the whole week.
To add an event, select Subject, start date, start time, end date, end time,
Event type, switch Alarm on/off, repeat (daily, weekly, monthly, annually).
3. CALCULATOR
Use the keypad to input figures. Use the up/down keys to select an action (+, -,
x, ÷) and press OK.
4.BLUETOOTH
STATUS: Select On/Off to enable/disable Bluetooth.
VISIBILITY: Select On/Off to make the telephone Visible/Invisible to other
devices.
MY HANDSET: Name of saved device; allows new devices to be added.
FIND AUDIO DEVICES: Search for available audio devices by pressing Yes. If
connecting to another device, you will need to input the relevant password and
press Accept.
MY NAME: Handset name.
CALLS
Press Menu and scroll to CALLS.
1. CALL HISTORY
Use the up/down arrows to see Missed, Made or Received calls or to Delete
call history.
Pressing Option on each of the numbers allows you to: View the number or to
Call, Send an SMS, Save, Edit or Delete the telephone number.
2.SETTINGS
1. DISPLAY MY NUMBER: You can choose to show or hide your telephone
number when calling someone.
2. CALL WAITING: Allows you to activate or deactivate call waiting, or consult
call waiting status.
3. CALL DIVERT: Allows you to switch on call divert for All calls, Unanswered
Calls or all data calls or when you are Unavailable or Busy, or to cancel all
diverts. You can activate or deactivate or simply consult the status of call divert
for each of these cases.
4.RESTICTED DIALLING: You can restrict Outgoing calls, the (National,
international, or international except the country of card (Except home),
incoming calls, (all calls or all data calls), cancel all restrictions and also set up a
password to stop unauthorised users changing the restrictions.
5. BLACK LIST: Allows you to block calls from undesired numbers, by adding
numbers and adjusting the blacklist settings. The option to block "blacklisted
numbers"(in Menu/Calls/Settings/Blacklist) must be activated for it to work.
There are two ways of adding a number:
a) Go to Menu/Calls/History. Select one of the categories from which you
want to block the number ("sent", "received", "made" or "all calls"). Go to the
number and press M1. Then, select option "4" (add to blacklist) and press to
confirm.
b) Access Menu/Calls/Settings and select the fifth option "blacklist". You can
edit, add, delete and consult any number on the list.
How to delete or edit a number on the blacklist:
· Go to the number you wish to delete or edit
· Press M1 (edit)
· Manually delete each digit from the screen with the M2 key until they have all
been deleted
· Press "Option" (M1) and select "Done"
6. ADVANCED: Allows you to set up auto-redial, time reminders, automatic
answering or headphone mode.
3.CALL RECORDING
*You need to insert a memory card in the handset before using this function.
Allows you to make and save recordings of calls in progress by pressing
"Option" (M1) and selecting the sixth option "Sound recorder". The telephone
will immediately begin to record your voice and that of the other person on
the call. When the call ends, the recording will be saved automatically on your
memory card in ".wav" format (Menu/Multimedia/File manager).
If you wish to cancel a recording without saving it, press M2.
MESSAGES
Press Menu and scroll to MESSAGES.
Warning! Check the text input method in Menu/Settings/Telephone/Input
methods.
1. WRITING SMS MESSAGES
You can check your received messages in Inbox, and your outgoing unsent
messages in Outbox. Unfinished messages are stored in Drafts, and sent
messages in Sent.
1. Select SMS and press Accept.
2. Input your message and then press Option.
3. Select Send to to add the recipient's number (directly or from list of contacts),
press Accept to send, or select Save as draft to save a copy of the SMS
message.
4. Press Option
5. Select Input method, to choose keyboard (numerical, upper case, lower case
or symbols).
6. Press Text language to change the language.
7. Select the Advanced option to insert a number or name from your address
book into your message.
2. SMS SETTINGS
SIM: Set SMSC details, Expiry period, Type, Report, Reply method and
Voicemail Box.
MEMORY STATUS: Shows the status of messages saved on the SIM card and on
the handset.
SAVE SENT MESSAGES: messages (on/off).
FAVORITES: SMS location (SIM or telephone).
