Low temp delta
This alarm is to alert the customer if the coolant supply temperature doesn't
come within this specified deltaT from below the set point in a set amount of
time. This alarm is disabled by default. If the customer enables this alarm, then
the default value of delta T is 1 and default time is 30 minutes.
High temp delta
This alarm is to alert the customer if the coolant supply temperature doesn't
come within this specified deltaT from above the set point in a set amount of
time. This alarm is disabled by default. If the customer enables this alarm, then
