Requirement to use
1. WOOX Home app
2. WLAN-enabled router: 2.4GHz (Separate band)
Set up Smart Plug to WOOX Home app
1. Download and install the app "WOOX Home" from Apple App
Store or Google Play Store on your smartphone.
2. Open bluetooth and WiFi on smartphone.
3. Enable bluetooth and location permission for WOOX Home
app, so that the app can find Smart Plug via bluetooth.
4. Launch the app "WOOX Home".
5. Create a new account or log in to your existing account.
6. Ensure the indicator light is quick flashing (flashing 2 times
per second). If the indicator light isn't flashing: hold and press
the pair button for 5 seconds until the indicator light starts to
flash.
7. Tap "+" and select the "Scan" option. Scan Matter QR Code (a
special label on the smart plug).
8. Confirm the Wi-Fi network and password.
Note: only 2.4GHz WiFi is supported.
9. The app will now search for the device and register to
your account.
10. Enter the device name.
Set up Smart Plug to other smart home apps via Matter
Smart Plug supports Matter connection. You can scan the Matter QR
Code with Matter-supported smart home app, e.g. Google Home or
Amazon Alexa. Follow the in-app instructions to complete the
connection.
