7. Mode: Press this button to select one of the programs: Automatic programs P1,
P2 and P3 or manual program.

4. CONTROL PANEL

1. Connect the charger to the unit and plug it into the socket. The display will turn
on.
2. Press the "POWER" button, the display will show the default time of 20 minutes.
3. Press the "Speed +" or "Speed -" button to change the time to a minimum of 5
minutes or a maximum of 30 minutes.
4. Once you have selected the time, you can press the "POWER" button to start
the elliptical. It will start with the manual programme and the display will show
speed 1. You can adjust it from 1 to 10 with the "Speed +" or "Speed -" buttons.
The maximum speed is 10.
5. You can press the "MODE" button to switch to the automatic programme P1,
P2 or P3.
