WARRANTY
Spice Electronics products are covered by a 24-month warranty, as established by the European
Directive 2011/83 / EU and the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) which regulates
the sales contract for products marketed for non-professional use. In case of use for commercial
or professional purposes, the warranty is 12 months. The warranty starts from the date of the
purchase order indicated on the receipt or invoice. The same must not show any tampering or
deletions.
All Spice Electronics products subjected to careful testing and checks to ensure correct
operation.
Spice Electronics, after the necessary checks, undertakes to repair or replace, within the warranty
period, those parts that show manufacturing defects. Defects not clearly attributed to the
material or manufacturing will be examined at our technical assistance center and charged
according to the results deriving from the checks carried out.
Parts subject to wear resulting from use are excluded from the warranty.
Parts subject to non-compliant use such as neglect, inadequate use and installation, and which
do not comply with the warnings given in the instruction booklet, are excluded from the
guarantee.
Repair of the product by unauthorized third parties is in no case authorized. The repair of
unauthorized persons would result in the immediate forfeiture of the warranty.
The intervention for failure during the warranty period does not provide for the extension of the
same. The repair is carried out at our authorized technical assistance center.
The product must be sent with transport costs borne by the user.
The purchase receipt must be shown at the time of the request for assistance and must
accompany the product shipped for repair. The cleaning of the functioning parts is not foreseen
as an intervention under warranty. This Warranty does not include any right to compensation
arising from liability for imperfect use of the appliance or any damage to persons or property,
caused by poor installation and negligence in use.
This warranty does not include any right to compensation for direct or indirect damage, of any
nature, to people or things, caused by any inefficiency of the appliance.

Spice Electronics reserves the right to make products
structural, technical, functional, electrical and aesthetic modifications.
Furthermore, they reserve the right to replace any part of the product without prior
notice, where deemed necessary and appropriate, in order to be able to offer the
consumer products that are always reliable, with advanced technological content
and with the goal of a long duration of use.
