Installation of air pipes
1. Intake pipe
The air heater contains a flexible pipe with a diameter of 25 mm for the entry
of the air to be heated. The length of the air intake pipe can be shortened to
30cm or extended to a maximum of 1m.
Fix the air intae pipe in the lower part of the heater with the help of the included
accessories.
2. Exhaust pipe
The air heater contains an exhaust pipe with a diameter of 24 mm for the exit
of gases resulting from combustion. The length of the exhaust pipe can be
shortened to 30cm or extended to a maximum of 1m.
Fix the exhaust pipe in the lower part of the heater with the help of the included
accessories.
Safety instructions
•
The air evacuation must be done outside the vehicle.
•
The exhaust pipe must be placed downwards to facilitate the discharge of
condensed water.
•
When installing, keep enough space between the exhaust pipe and the
heat-sensitive components of the vehicle. Particular attention should be
paid to the fuel line, electrical wires and brake hose.
•
To prevent vibration and damage to the exhaust pipe, it must be firmly
fixed.
•
The exhaust gases must not be used as an intake air.
•
The outlet of the exhaust pipe must not be blocked by mud, snow or objects.
•
The outlet of the exhaust pipe must not be directed toward the direction
