PROBLEM
Machine is not heating.
Pressure is dropping during operation.
The electrical cord is damaged.
The hose keeps falling off from the
connection outlet.
The white lever on the rectangular or
triangular tool cannot change position.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
A. Out of water (light may not be on yet)
B. Steam cleaner is OFF.
A. Pressure set to max for too long.
A. Replace power cord.
A. The hose is not properly
connected.
A. The arrow on the connector and the dot
on the tool are not lined up.
REMEDY
A. Add water.
B. Turn to setting.
A. Use lower pressure setting.
A. Contact Dupray at 1-800-881-3990 (USA
& Canada) or 01-800-877-0180 (Mexico)
for replacement.
A. Make sure you push the hose in all the way
and ensure the locking pin is in place.
A. Rotate the connector so that the arrow
on the connector and the dot on the tool
line up. Move the white lever to the cor-
rect position (assembly, lock, or rotate).
