1. Insert the battery (5) on the groove and slide it all the
way until you hear a "click" noise from the lock/unlock
button (4). At this point, the battery is locked in place;
2. To remove the battery, press the lock/unlock button and
pull out the battery.
Use VITO's 16.8V batteries.
1. Fit the charger connectors into the batteries;
2. Plug the charger into the socket and let it charge.
Sometimes at the end of charging, both the battery and the
charger can be hot, which doesn't mean they malfunction.
Let the battery cool down before putting it in the brushless
pruning shears.
While the pruning shears is running you must consider
certain precautions and operating procedures in order to
avoid accidents, damage and to increase the efficiency of
the pruning shears:
▪ If you hear an unusual noise or the brushless pruning
shears vibrates abnormally, stop working and identify
the cause;
▪ Never operate a pruning shears if it is damaged.
For the user's safety, these scissors are equipped with an
anti-hand cut safety system. This safety only works if you
are not wearing gloves and touch the trigger and blade
simultaneously.
Fit the battery!
1. Gently press the "ON/OFF" switch (6);
2. Press the trigger (7) twice to activate the pruning shears;
3. To switch off, hold down the trigger until the shears
beeps repeatedly;
4. Gently press the "ON/OFF" switch.

4. Release the trigger for the blade to open;
5. To switch off, keep pressing the trigger until the pruning
shears beep repeatedly;
6. Gently press the "ON/OFF" switch.
These pruning shears allow you to switch between two
cutting diameters, depending on the work to be carried out.
To switch between cutting diameters:
1. Gently press the "ON/OFF" switch (6);
2. Press the trigger (7) twice to activate the pruning shears;
3. Continuously press the trigger for the blade (1) to close
until it beeps 1 time;
4. Release the trigger.
The cutting diameter will be changed.
