Match Function Button
Press the ON/OFF button; the fryer enters
operating mode, and the control panel
becomes active.
Press the basket selection button (Cuba
1 or Cuba 2); the button blinks, and the
basket display blinks.
Use the Menu button to select an
automatic program; you can adjust the
temperature or time by pressing the
temperature or time adjustment buttons.
Press the Match button; the selected
program will be copied to the other basket.
Press the Start/Pause button to start the
program in both baskets.

Automatic SHAKE function
The automatic SHAKE function alerts
when a program is halfway through the
programmed time; the SHAKE icon blinks,
and the fryer emits an audible signal to
remind you to shake the food.
Slide the basket out of the fryer's body and
shake it. Then, slide the basket back inside
the body, and the cooking process will
continue.
Note: The program continues if no action
is taken.
