3.- OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
THE HYDRAULIC PISTON IS DESIGNED ONLY FOR LIFTING, NOT TO SUPPORT THEM.
IMPORTANT: You may get air into the hydraulic system and this may affect the ability of the
apparatus Vent the system by opening the valve (turn the lever in the opposite direction cloc-
kwise) while keeping the bass boom Raise and lower the pump handle several times rapidly
TO RAISE THE LOAD
Close the valve by turning the ram toward clockwise to the tightest position (not close very strongly)
LOWERING THE LOAD
Open the valve by turning the handle slowly in a counter-clockwise direction The lowering speed
depends on how the handle is turned
The front feet always have to be locked in the down position
The arm must be in the lowest position before lifting the feet The feet can not lift when the
crane is under load
4.- INSPECTIONS
1
A visual inspection should be performed before each use
2
If damage or abnormalities, do not use the crane
3
If the crane has supported an abnormal load, it must be inspected by a professional
4
It is advisable to make an annual inspection to replace components damaged warning labels
etc
