4. Place the whisks or dough hooks in the container and switch on the appliance by turning the con-
trol knob (1) to the position from „1" to „5".
CAUTION! Before the start of mixing, it is advisable to set the speed to the lowest level with a
step-by-step increase of the rotation speed. To avoid spilling loose ingredients, before pouring
them into a bowl, it is desirable to reduce the rotation speed to the lowest level.
5. The mixer is equipped with TURBO button (3) which allows to obtain maximum power of the mixer.
It works in pulses - only when you press the button (3).
6. After finished work, move the button (1) to „0" position.
7. Disconnect the mixer from the power.
8. Remove the whisks or dough hooks by pressing mixers release button (2).
ATTENTION! During mixing with hook mixer arms to make pastry, flour may deposit on the edg-
es of the bowl. Turn the mixer of and remove it using the spatula.
Whisks (5) are used, among other things, for beating egg yolks with sugar, preparing
creams and dough for omelets and pancakes.
Dough hooks (6) are used for making sponge cakes, yeast cakes, cheesecakes, ginger-
bread, etc.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
1. After 5 minutes of continuous use, put away the appliance for a few minutes to cool down.
2. Do not use the appliance longer than 5 minutes at a time.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. Unplug the appliance.
2. Clean the housing with a damp cloth.
3. Wash the whisks or dough hooks under running water. Do not wash metal parts in a dishwasher.
Aggressive cleaning agents used in such machines cause that a/m parts get darker. Clean them
manually with traditional washing up liquids. Rinse and dry.
4. It is recommended to clean the accessories as soon as you have finished using the appliance. This
will allow to remove deposited sediments. It prevents the leftovers from drying out, which makes
cleaning more effective and easier, it also prevents bacteria from reproducing.
NOTE! Do not clean the appliance using sharp items, abrasive pastes, solvents and other strong
chemical agents which may cause damage to the appliance.
NOTE! To avoid the risk of electric shock, do not clean the appliance with water and do not im-
merse it in water.
