6.2.2.- 300 DISC.

• Open lower disc protector door.
• Loosen M6 screws (1), with wrench 10.
• Move the cutter vertically.
• Tighten M6 screws (1).

6.3. – SETTING THE CUTTING WIDTH.
• Loosen the handle of the aluminium rule guide.
• Use the graduated rule to fit this rule. Measure to ensure
the correct distance between the disc teeth and the rule
bar.
• Tighten the handle.
7 CONNECTING AND DISCONNECTING THE CUTTING
SAW.
• Connection: Plug in the machine.
• To connect the machine press the green ON button.
• In three-phase machines check the direction of rotation
of the disc, if it rotates in the opposite direction change
two of the plug phases.
• After finishing work or when the disc is going to be handled
always press the red button to stop the machine.

MAINTENANCE.

The following maintenance task should be carried out:
• Clean the cutting saw after use.
• Periodically check screwed unions.
• Periodically grind disc teeth (depending on work intensity).
If the motor does not work, check:
- The voltage at which it is connected to the mains.
- The installation's fuses.
If the machine is not performing correctly, check: :
- The direction of rotation of the disc.
- The disc attachment.
- The state of the disc cutting zone.
The machine should always be disconnected when checks
or repairs are carried out or when dismounting the protectors
etc.

SPARE PARTS

Only original parts may be used. Manufacturing guarantees
are only valid for these parts.
When ordering spares indicate the serial number of the
machine in which they are to be used.

TROUBLE-SHOOTING

PRELIMINARY CHECKS
Before dismantling the machine, carry out a thorough sight
inspection. Check the connections of the different
components, ensuring that there are no broken cables or
incorrectly adjusted parts. If this check is negative then follow
the instructions given in the troubleshooting table.
