(#13) with 2 sets of Bolts, Washers, and Nuts (#36).
b. Attach two Long Connecting Tubes (#8) to Lower Parts of two Backboard Connecting Plates
(#13) with 2 sets of Bolts, Washers, and Nuts (#36).
