Jumbo-Unit HD on Jumbo-

W A R N I N G
Risk of injury from overloading
If more than two Jumbo-Units HD are installed
on top of each other, the load capacity of the
fastening elements can no longer be
guaranteed. This could result in serious or fatal
injuries.
▶ Do not secure more than two Jumbo-
Units HD on top of each other.
Required tools
• Torque wrench 1-25 Nm,
• Hexagon tool head A/F 13.
Required installation materials

the Jumbo-Unit HD.

Prerequisites
-
Bottom Jumbo-Unit HD is already fastened
to a floor panel or the vehicle floor.
Installation steps
Step 1: Remove the drawer from the upper
Jumbo-Unit HD 130 & 230
▶ Pull drawer out as far as the stop.
▶ Unlock drawer. To do so, push the levers up
on both sides of the drawer from below and
hold them there.
▶ Pull out drawer.
▶ Retract telescopic slides.
Step 2: Connect Jumbo-Units HD 732 & 833
▶ Position Jumbo-Units HD on top of each
other.
Note: The outer drilled holes are best for
screw connection. The weld nut already
incorporated is used for fastening here.
▶ Connect Jumbo-Unit HD using screws c.
▶ Tighten screws c to 20 Nm.
Step 3: Install drawer
▶ Pull telescopic slides right out to the stop.
▶ Insert the drawer runners in the telescopic
slides.
▶ Close the drawer by moving backwards and
forwards several times.

Step 1: Secure cover plate 933
▶ Position cover plate on Jumbo-Unit HD.
▶ Secure cover plate with screws e.
▶ Tighten screws e to 20 Nm.
